Introduction
When YHC Co-Q’d with Sikver bullet, we didn’t get to finish my half. Therefore, the unfinished business had to be taken care of.
Warm-O-Rama
I’m not a professional, modify as needed.
We started With 5 pax on a .3 mile mosey loop.

-High Knees (15)
Doughboy and Oracle arrived and joined the warmarama.
-Jump Tucks (10 in cadence)
-5 more high knees in cadence (partially for the new pax and mostly because YHC forgot we already did them.)
Mosey about 50 yards from stairs.
The Thang
Partnered up B.O.M.B.S. where each team joins together to accomplish the below – 1 partnered does the exercise while the other runs to a set of stairs (up top) and and back and they switch off so each member helps add to the number of each exercise.

Mosey up the stairs and back down.
Half the pax were did 15 incline and 15 decline Merkins while the other half did 20 leg lifts. Swapped so all pax did each side.
Mosey to other half moon wall.
20 step ups the hard way.
Mosey back to the flag.
