Really enjoyed being at the new site and touring the grounds. Tyson Park has so much to offer, look forward to years of workouts to come.
Almost had a rumble with a rival workout group also there this morning. They had us on numbers, but we had them on spirit (I think we’d take them). Trying to figure out how to bring some of those folks over to the F3 side. Best selling point; free, free, & free.
