Introduction

Maximus was in town for a visit, and of course had to ask him if he would be our guest Q for Tuesday morning. I was thrilled when he quickly accepted, and then became a little concerned as he sat in a chair laughing in a very evil way as he wrote out his beatdown plan. Having made it through, it exceeded expectations!

Circle of Trust

Maximus shared the principles of and benefits of shield locking throughout the workout. Encouraged us to work on our 2nd F through creating groups of 3-4 to participate in a shield lock for personal accountability. 3P’s

We had the opportunity to get to know Greg, our FNG, and named him Callahan as he shoots auto parts commercials in CA.

Naked Man Moleskin

Tough workout, which is exactly what we expected, and definitely got the pax interested in shield locking.
