Outbreak gave the arms a beating on Tue, so I followed-up by doing some major leg work to balance the body out. Took full advantage of all downtown Bentonville had to offer!

“Fountain 5 & 10”: 5 Sets of 5 Burpee Box Jumps onto the fountain coupled with 10 sets of alternating exercises per set (step ups, tricep dips, incline merkin, decline merkin, toe taps)
Mosey to WMT NHM Parking Deck with lunges along the way
“Stairs in Pairs”: Partner up and one Pax runs up three flights of stairs, runs across top layer of parking deck, and then runs down the other three flights of stairs. The other Pax does a continous workout on the first floor until the first Pax comes back and then they switch exercises. 4 rounds total with Squats, Plank, Wall sits, and flutter kicks.
“Meet in the Middle”: Partner up in the middle of the first floor of the parking deck. Do 15 split jumps together with your partner. Both run to opposite parking deck stairwells and then meet in the middle of the second floor of the parking deck. Do 15 Big Boy Sit Ups together. Both run to opposite parking deck stairwells and then meet in the middle of the third floor of the parking deck. Do 15 Spiderman Merkins together. Go back down and meet at the second floor again for another 15 sets of Big Boys, and then down to the first floor again to meet up for another 15 sets of split jumps.
Mosey back to flag with lunges along the way.

-15 Alternating shoulder touches in plank (to a 4ct)
-10 Tempo merkins (to a 4ct)
-10 Merkins (OYO as fast as possible)
