Introduction
The railyard AO is kicking off. As we are 4 weeks from GrowRuck 28 we will start with a ruck day.
Warm-O-Rama
Put on the Ruck Sack and grab the 100lb sand bag out of the car.
The Thang
Rucking down the big hill toward Lake Atalanta. Each man had his ruck sack and we shared the 100lb sand bag for an big downhill and uphill, in total 1.5 miles.
We stopped at Clark Pavillion for incline merkins, high plank, lunges and squats.
