It was a rainy Tuesday morning, it felt extra gloomy, extra sluggish, missing a hand raised Q……. BUT….. 8 pax showed up, pushed through, and all left with more energy, and ready to tackle the day

Mach 1 took us through warm ups. Mach 1 style! I can’t remember all of the warm ups we did, but here is what I do remember:
– SSH’s
– Twists
– Weedpicker

– run lap around the parking lot
– repeat

Mosy’d to the covered picnic area:
– Leg lifts on the table (25)

Circle of Trust

Referenced some encouragement from 1 Thessalonians 3 – We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

This verse has really spoken to me this week. How fulfilling would it be for our work to be an outpouring of our faith, our labor to be focused in and driven by areas/people that we love, and our endurance to be unstoppable due to a lack of fear because of an abundance of faith!? How awesome would that be!?

Naked Man Moleskin

Some mornings are harder than others from a motivation standpoint. This was one of those mornings. Choosing to face the challenge is always the right choice.
