Badger had a canine emergency late last evening, so pinch hitters Doughboy and 57 stepped in to save the day.

The Thang
Doughboy took us to the hill:
10 smurf jacks, 10 merkins, down the hill, 10 monkey humpers, 10 merkins, up the hill, 20 smurf jacks, 10 merkins, down the hill, 20 monkey humpers, 10 merkins and back up the hill to finish.
57 made us do a relay race:
bear crawl to the sign (you had to be there to know how far) then sprint back. The others did air chair while we patiently awaited our turn.
Then,
frog hop to the sign (you had to be there to know how far) then spring back. The others planked while we patiently awaited our turn.
Finished on the tables with leg lifts, decline pushups, & running.
