On the ascent did 1 min plank each level
Mixed in some side runs and backward runs
Last ascent we skipped the stops and ran all the way to the top
Moseyed back to the parking lot and finished off with a geek squad and Fortnite lead exercise.

Lifted up Casper, Knockout, and Huckleberry’s mothers. All are having medical needs right now and need prayer. Also prayed for Dutch and Collin.

It was a cold morning but I don’t know about everyone else I got warm quick. I knew geek squad was ready for business when he hit the ground with a ruck pack on. When I first saw the new AO it hit me right then to do 11’s using the full scale of the garage. The PAX did great and we nearly got in 4 miles today.
