I hate running

divided into groups
One group would run down hill, do 4 burpees at bottom, then run back up while the other did an exercise. ex: 150 squats. If the top group got 70 squats the bottom had to finish. If both didn’t finish after the run, finish together.
Purpose of the 4 burpees at bottom of each hill run was to try to slow these men down and cause pain. It didn’t work

Final set was a plank up top with a full sprint.
