Mission – plant grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Credo – leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him

(4) Peer led, rotating fashion, by men that participate in the workout, no certification necessary.

YHC knew there were some newer pax in the crowd so took time to be patient and explain the outline of a beatdown, how to count cadence, and do some demos for the exercises.
