Introduction

Ren McCormack was a young man who moved to Bentonville. He saw a church on every corner, so he thought it would be a nice place. However, instead of love and joy, he saw frowns and condemnation and judgment. He was just trying to find himself and find freedom, but instead, everyone was just trying to weigh him down with expectations and rules.

As we do this beatdown and feel the weight of our Cindy’s, think about how you view yourself, how you view others, how you express your faith. Is this a weight in your life?

2 Samuel 6:14 “And David danced before the Lord with all his might.”

Galatians 5:1 “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”

2 Corinthians 3:17 “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

John 8:36 “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

Naked Man Moleskin

It was a great turnout and beatdown. The men pushed themselves and encouraged one another.
