– Mosey around downtown Bville
Partner 1 carried 2 Cindy’s
Partner 2 did exercise then mosey’d to catch-up with Partner 1 and switch

Exercise:
-Burpees – each person did 5 sets of 5 burpees
-Leg Circles 10 x 5
-Merkins 15 x 5
-LBC’s 20 x 5
-Squats 25 x5 (completed 2 rds)

Bonus exercise – Monkey Howler’s
– All Pax assume Monkey Humper position, 1st person completes 10 monkey humpers and then holds position and passes to next person to complete their monkey humpers….
– Completed 2 rounds

– Mosey back to Flag to complete 5 min of Mary
