Introduction
At this beatdown we celebrated mid December birthdays and particularly birthday #40 (Dutch Oven & Huckleberry) and 45 (yours truly). It was also 26 degrees outside and still a little icy/wet from prior days snow. Quite the morning!

45/20 – In honor of YHC’s 45th, we repeated the exercises but this time with 45 sec on, and 20 sec off
