5 Rounds with the last round as a competition.
4 Teams with 4 sets each. One runs 100 meters, while the other teampax do an exercise at the end of the 100 meters all members of the team do the same exercise.
1st Round: Hold Plank and 10 Merkins (Total of 40 merkins)
2nd Round: Hold Air Squat and 10 Air Squats (Total of 40 Air Squats)
3rd Round: Hops and 10 Side-Straddle Hops (Total of 40 Side-Straddle Hops)
4th Round: Get-Ups and 5 Burpees (Total of 20 Burpees)
5th Round: Team picked one member to do each of the exercises for 5 reps at 50 meters for competition.
