100 Overhead Claps
150 Merkins
200 Big Boy Sit-ups (BBS)
250 Squats
Somewhere between the Merkins and the BBS the PAX looked like they could use a quick breather. So how do we rest in F3? Remember your count and let’s do some Batwings (Sun Gods forward, backward, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps) in cadence (IC). Now let’s finish those BOMBS. As teams started to finish then go to the other teams and split the count they have left. We always pick up the 6 in F3.

These guys are doing great. NWA is bringing it!

1 to 4 ratio of Merkins to Air Presses. Start with 1 Merkin then 4 Air Presses. Rinse and repeat all the way up to 10 Merkins and 40 Air Presses. By the look of the PAX and in how YHC’s shoulders were feeling that air was pretty heavy at the end. The PAX muscled through and finished.

Now our shoulders needed a bit of a rest let’s go back to legs. Lt Dan’s with the same 1 to 4 ratio of Squats to Lunges. We again are going to to these together. We made it all the way up to 9 Squats and 36 Lunges. Good work men.

Let’s mosey over to those bike jumps. We have to do something there, but what? I know let’s bear crawl up and down those 2×2. Sounded easy enough but bear crawling down those hills put a lot of pressure back on those shoulders.

Still time for an Indian run, which the PAX informed me they call them Ranger Runs in the military. So let’s Ranger Run! Some of the PAX needed a bit of a refresher on what an Indian…er Ranger Run was, but we wound our way back to the Flag.

BTW.. Yazoo your lights are still on. I am sure that will be fine after the beatdown. What could go wrong?
